I used to take medicine for allergies including weekly allergy shot and daily Claritin, for asthma, high blood pressure, sleep apnea and acid reflux. I was not getting better and just maintaining. I started taking Nature's Sunshine herbal supplements in August 2007. Now I no longer take any of those medicine. I am sharing natural healing and wellness.
